The Nikkaji RDF dataset has been updated based on the latest data release.
The correspondence between the distributed RDF files and the LSDB archive entries (see the README: https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/data/nikkaji/LATEST/README.html) is as follows.
The Core and Main datasets are divided into three categories:
- C: Substances with structural information
- T: Substances with unknown structures
- X: Mixtures
Structural descriptors such as InChI, SMILES, SDF, and molecular formula/molecular weight (MF/MW) are provided only for substances in category C.
Please note that RDF data for links between Nikkaji and J-GLOBAL are no longer updated since 2024, due to the termination of the J-GLOBAL Knowledge service. Instead, users are encouraged to use RDF data for links between Nikkaji and other databases derived from UniChem and PubChem.
